140例上消化道出血临床分析

The Clinical Analysis of 140 Cases Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的:分析上消化道出血的病因及比较不同病因的治疗效果。方法对我院消化内科2012年12月~2013年2月收治的140例上消化道出血临床资料进行回顾性分析,统计描述消化道出血病因,比较排名前4位病因内科治愈率差异。结果上消化道出血的常见病因主要为:消化性溃疡43例(30.7%),食管胃底静脉曲张破裂34例(24.3%),胃食管恶性肿瘤30例(21.4%),急性胃黏膜病变28例(20.0%),其他病因5例(3.6%),排名前4位病因内科治愈率比较差异无统计学(P>0.05)。结论我院收治的上消化道出血患者主要病因为消化性溃疡、食管静脉曲张破裂出血、胃食管恶性肿瘤以及急性胃黏膜病变,不同病因患者内科治疗效果无明显差异。

Objective To analyze of causes of upper gastrointestinal bleeding and compare therapeutic ef ect of dif erent etiology.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 140 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital from 2012 December to 2013 February in Department of internal medicine was conducted.We statistical y descript causes of gastrointestinal bleeding,and compared cure rate of the top 4 causes after medical treatment.Result The main common diseases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding were:43 cases of peptic ulcer(30.7%),34 cases of esophageal varices bleeding(24.3%),30 cases of gastric malignant tumor of esophagus(21.4%),28 cases of acute gastric mucosal lesion(20.0%),5 cases of other causes(3.6%).The cure rate of the top 4 causes showed no statistical dif erence(P>0.05).Conclusion The main cause of gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with our hospital are peptic ulcer,esophageal varices bleeding,gastric malignant tumor of esophagus,acute gastric mucosal lesion,and the therapeutic ef ect of dif erent etiology after medical treatment might be no significantly dif erent.
