摘要
目的:探讨情景教学法在急救医学临床见习带教中的应用。方法随机将73名学生分成两组。对照组38名学生在教学中采用传统的教学法,观察组35名学生在教学中采用情景教学法。两组学生参加急救医学理论考试和技能考核,调查学生对情景教学法的评价。结果观察组理论考试和技能考核的成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05)。情景教学法更受到学生的好评。结论情景教学法有助于学生更好地学习急救医学课程,值得在急救医学临床教学中推广应用。
Objective To investigate the situational teaching in emergency medicine clinical training.Method Randomly divided into two groups of 73 students.The control group of 38 students in the teaching of traditional teaching methods,the observation group,35 students were in situational teaching.The two groups of students participated in emergency medicine theory and practical skil s assessment,survey students situational approach.Results The observation group theory and practical skil s assessment scores than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Situational teaching helps students to learn first aid medical course,it is worth to promote the use of emergency medicine clinical teaching.
