在临床护理中对少数民族患者应用双语温馨提示牌的观察

摘要 目的:探讨在临床护理中对少数民族患者应用带少数民族语言的温馨提示牌的效果。方法对235例少数民族住院患者按入院顺序分组,观察组117例,在临床护理中除进行疾病、饮食、药物等口头健康指导,同时使用检查、化验、手术前、手术后有关注意事项的带少数民族语言双语护理温馨提示牌;对照组118例行常规护理,责任护士向患者进行疾病、饮食、药物等口头健康指导及检查、化验、手术前、手术后的有关注意事项等内容,观察两组患者对护士宣教内容掌握程度、遵医行为的依从性、对护理人员的工作满意度。结果通过两组患者对比,观察组患者在对健康教育内容掌握程度、遵医行为的依从性、对护理人员的工作满意度均高于对照组。结论在临床护理中对少数民族患者应用带少数民族语言双语温馨提示牌能提升患者对健康教育内容掌握程度,提高患者遵医行为的依从性和对护理人员的工作满意度,同时可防止或降低护理不良事件的发生,体现以患者为中心的优质护理服务理念。
