刺激咽喉反射在第三产程中的应用效果观察

Application Effect Observed of Stimulate the Throat Reflection in the Third Stage of Birth

目的:观察刺激咽喉反射在第三产程中的应用效果。方法选择150例产妇分成观察组和对照组各75例。对照组采用常规产科处理,观察组在第三产程中用压舌板刺激咽喉引起反射。对比两组第三产程所用时间及出血量。结果观察组第三产程所用时间较对照组少,且观察组的出血也明显较少。结论在产妇的第三产程刺激咽喉发射能有效的促进产程,减少出血。

Objective To observe the application ef ect of stimulating pharyngeal reflex in the third stage of labor.Methods 150 parturients were divided into observation group and control group with 75 cases in each.The control a spatula to stimulate the throat caused by reflection.Comparing the two groups of third stage of labor time and quantity of hemorrhage.Results the observation group of third stage of labor time lower than those in the control group,and the observation group was significantly less bleeding.Conclusion the throat stimulation in third maternal labor productivity to promote emission process ef ectively,reduce bleeding.
