胰岛素治疗老年2型糖尿病应用研究

Application Research on Insulin Treatment of Elderly Type 2 Diabetes

目的:探讨胰岛素持续皮下注射和多次皮下注射治疗老年2型糖尿病的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择我院收治的2型糖尿病患者96例,将所有患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组48例,分别给与胰岛素持续皮下注射和多次皮下注射治疗,疗程均为2w。比较两组临床疗效。结果两组治疗后各时间段血糖均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组胰岛素使用量、血糖达标时间及低血糖发生率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胰岛素持续皮下注射治疗老年2型糖尿病降糖效果显著,安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:to study the continuous subcutaneous injection and multiple subcutaneous insulin injection treatment of elderly type 2 diabetes clinical ef icacy and safety.Methods:our hospital 96 cases of type 2 diabetes patients,al patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,48 cases in each group,respectively give continuous subcutaneous injection and multiple subcutaneous insulin injection treatment,a course of 2 weeks.Compare two groups of clinical curative ef ect.Results:two groups after treatment in each time period blood glucose were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),there was no statistical y significant dif erence is compared between two groups(P>0.05);2 groups use insulin,blood glucose control is at the time and the incidence of hypoglycemia compared dif erences were statistical y significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:continuous subcutaneous insulin injection treatment of elderly type 2 diabetic hypoglycemic ef ect,less dosage of insulin,and low incidence of hypoglycemia,high security,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
