安定联合利多卡因宫旁阻滞麻醉配伍曲马多在人工流产手术中的应用

The Application of Diazepam and Llidocaine Paracervical Block Anesthesia with Tramadol in Artificial Abortion Operation

目的:观察安定联合利多卡因宫旁阻滞麻醉配伍曲马多在人工流产手术中的临床效果。方法选择在我院门诊行人工流产手术的200例女性,随机分为两组,观察组100例使用安定联合利多卡因宫旁阻滞麻醉配伍曲马多,对照组100例仅使用安定联合利多卡因宫旁阻滞麻醉,比较两组术中患者疼痛程度、手术时间及出血量。结果观察组术中镇痛效果好、手术时间短,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但术中出血量的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论人工流产术采用安定联合利多卡因宫旁阻滞麻醉配伍曲马多,减轻了术中患者的疼痛,缩短了手术时间,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objectve To observe the clinical ef ects of diazepam and lidocaine paracervical block anesthesia with tramadol in artificial abortion operation.MethodsAbout 200 women requesting artificial abortion operation were chosen and equal y divided into 2 groups:100 acting as the observation group and the other half as control group.The data of ache degreeoperation time and amount of bleeding were observed and analyzed.Results In observation group,lighter pain,shorter operation time were obtained compared with those of the control group.The dif erence was remarkably significant(P<0.05)between two groups.While the amount of bleeding was not(P>0.05).Conclusion Diazepam and lidocaine paracervical block anesthesia with tramadol can reduce the pain and the operation time in artificial abortion operation,so it is worthy to be popularized.
