无创机械通气治疗危重哮喘48例临床疗效分析

摘要 目的:探讨无创机械通气治疗危重症支气管哮喘的方法和疗效。方法对2008年8月~2013年5月我科收治的48例行机械通气危重症哮喘患者进行回顾性分析。结果48例患者抢救成功,机械通气后PaO2明显升高, PaCO2明显降低(P<0.01),行无创机械通气治疗显著缩短机械通气时间和住院时间,减少呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率。结论机械通气是治疗急性发作危重症哮喘患者的有效方法,无创机械通气治疗显著缩短机械通气时间和住院时间,减少呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率。
