经伤椎椎弓根植骨在胸腰椎爆裂骨折治疗中的应用研究

Progress in Application Research on Transpedicular Intracorporeal Grafting in the Treatment of Thoracolumbar Burst Fractures

胸腰椎骨折多由组合暴力所致,大多数属于不稳定性骨折,需手术治疗。目前临床上普遍应用后路短节段椎弓根内固定术,可以达到三柱固定,近期疗效满意。随着人们对生活质量要求的提高,对远期的治疗效果越来越重视。对此结合手术予损伤椎体节段充分植骨成为关键。现就胸腰椎爆裂性骨折治疗中经伤椎椎弓根椎体内植骨在临床的应用及研究进展等方面予以综述。

Thoracolumbar fractures caused by a combination of violence,most are unstable fractures require surgical treatment.Currently widely used in clinical posterior short-segment pedicle screw fixation can achieve three-column fixed,recent results were satisfactory.With the improvement of people's quality of life requirements,more and more emphasis on long-term ef ects of the treatment.This combination of surgical injury to the vertebral bone segments to ful y become critical.This article reviews the current progress in the clinical application research of the treatment of thoracolumbar burst fracture by the transpedicular intracorporeal bone grafting.
