溶脂吸脂技术在乳腺癌改良根治术中的应用现状

Application Status of Lipolysis Liposuction Technique in the Radical Mastectomy Modification Surgery

结合乳腺及腋窝结构特点,溶脂吸脂技术为乳腔镜的应用创造了必要条件,提供了开放性乳腺癌改良根治术的新思路。减少了术后上肢运动感觉异常及上肢水肿的并发症的发生。本文就此术式的临床应用及安全性加以综述。

Based on the structural characteristics of the breast and armpit,liposuction technology is not only necessary to prepare mastoscopic,but also provides a new idea for modified radical mastectomy,reducing the occurrence of postoperative upper extremity motor and sensory abnormalities and complications of upper extremity edema.This paper,this surgical clinical application and safety to be reviewed.
