浅谈临床肾功能检验项目与意义

摘要 肾脏是排泄水分、代谢产物和废物,以维持人体水、电解质和酸碱平衡的器官。肾脏还制造一些重要的生理活性物质,如肾素和促红细胞生成素等。肾脏有多方面的功能,并有强大的储备能力,在肾脏破坏达50%~75%时,患者可能没有或仅有很少的临床表现,但实验室检查却可能提供受损的部位、严重程度及预后等。下面简单介绍目前临床上广泛应用的几种肾功能试验。
