Clinical Analysis of Quality Care in Improving the Obstetric Care Quality

目的:优质护理在提高产科护理质量中的临床分析。方法选择我科2011年4月~2013年10月收治的正常分娩的1000例产妇,随机分为观察组和对照组各500例,观察组实施优质护理服务,对照组行传统护理服务。结果两组患者对护理工作满意度的比较,观察组满意度98.0%,对照组满意度94.0%;观察组新生儿窒息2例,占0.4%,切口感染1例0.20%;对照组新生儿窒息7例,占1.40%,切口感染8例1.60%。两组差异具有统计学意义。结论优质护理为患者提供全面、全程、专业、人性化的护理服务。护理观念的更新和服务范围的扩大,也提高了产科护理人员的整体素质和业务技能,大幅度提高了产科护理质量。

Objective:clinical analysis of high quality nursing care in improving the quality of obstetric care.Methods:1000 cases of maternal normal delivery in our department from 2011 April to 2013 October in our hospital,were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 500 cases in each group,the observation group implementation of high quality nursing service,compared with the traditional nursing service group.Results:compared two groups of patients'satisfaction in nursing care,the observation group satisfaction 98%,control group satisfaction 94%;observation group of 2 cases of neonatal asphyxia,accounted for 0.4%,1 cases of incision infection 0.20%;the control group of 7 cases of neonatal asphyxia,accounted for 1.40%,8 cases of incision infection 1.60%.A statistical y significant dif erence between the two groups.Conclusion:high quality of nursing care,professional,comprehensive,ful of humanity for patients.Expand the nursing and service range,but also improve the overal quality of obstetric nursing personnel and business skil s,greatly improved the quality of obstetric care.
