人文关怀在胃镜检查护理中的应用效果

The Application Results Humanistic Care in Gastroscopy Examination

目的:探讨人文关怀在胃镜检查护理中的应用效果。方法选取2012年11月~2013年2月在我院门诊收治的300例首次行胃镜检查患者随机分为干预组和对照组各150例作为研究对象,对其护理措施进行回顾性分析。结果对照组的满意率为94.67%,干预组的满意率为100.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在胃镜检查中人文关怀能够有效帮助患者积极配合检查,消除不良情绪,效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the ef ect of humanistic care in nursing in gastroscopy.Methods:from 2012 November to 2013 February in 300 cases in our hospital for gastroscopy were randomly divided into intervention group and control group with 150 cases in each group as the research object,the nursing measures were retrospectively analyzed.Results:the satisfaction rate was 94.67%in control group,the intervention group satisfaction rate is 100%,the dif erence was statistical y significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:in gastroscopy humanistic care can help patients to actively cooperate with the inspection,eliminate the negative emotions,obviously,is worth the clinical promotion.
