摘要
为适应新时期护理事业的需要,结合产科护理工作的特点,我科在产科护理工作中,积极实施优质护理服务,使护理人员的服务意识、护理质量得到很大提高,护患纠纷减少,产妇及家属满意度增加,护理人员的职业满意度也得到极大的提高。
in order to meet the need of nursing work in the new period,combined with the characteristics of obstetric nursing work,in the obstetrical nursing work in ourdepartment,it actively implement the high quality nursing service,the nursing staf's service consciousness,the nursing quality was greatly improved,the nurse patient disputes,reduce,maternal and family satisfaction,nursing staf's occupation satisfaction improved greatly.
