摘要
目的:探讨子宫肌瘤切除术患者的护理体会。方法选择2011年7月~2012年5月,收治48例子宫肌瘤例患者经子宫全切除或次全切除术的护理进行回顾性分析。结果48例患者中23例行宫全切除术,20例行子宫次全切除术,5例行阴式子宫全切除术,术后均痊愈出院。结论子宫肌瘤严重威胁女性患者的健康,手术是子宫肌瘤的重要治疗手段,通过精心的术后护理,患者有一个良好的,令人满意的结果。
Objective:To explore the nursing experience in patients with uterine myomectomy.Methods:2011 July-2012 May,48 cases of uterine fibroids patients nursing after total hysterectomy or sub hysterectomy were analyzed retrospectively.Results:of the 48 patients,23 cases of uterine total resection in 20 cases,subtotal hysterectomy,5 cases underwent vaginal hysterectomy after operation were cured.Conclusion:uterine fibroids serious threat to women's physical and mental health,operation treatment is an important method of treatment of uterine fibroids,careful nursing after operation with good by,patients,satisfactory.
