摘要
目的:分析不同中医药治疗癫痫的临床疗效与安全性。方法选取我院于2009年3月~2011年7月收治癫痫患者68例,观察组接受止痫散治疗,对照组接受止痫冰硼散治疗,治疗时间均为1年,对所有患者展开为期1年的随访。结果对照组治疗总有效率为61.76%,观察组治疗总有效率为88.24%,观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率为2.94%,观察组为8.82%,观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在癫痫临床治疗中,中医药治疗具有显著临床疗效,其中止痫散治疗效果更为显著,更值得在临床中推广。
Objective:to analyze the clinical ef icacy and safety of dif erent traditional Chinese medicine treatment of epilepsy.Methods:in our hospital from 2009 March to 2011 July 68 cases were epilepsy patients,the observation group received the treatment of epileptic powder,the control group received anti epileptic Bingpeng powder treatment,treatment time is 1 years,launched a 1 year fol ow-up of al patients.Results:in the control group,the total ef ective rate was 61.76%in the observation group,the total ef ective rate was 88.24%in the observation group,the total ef iciency was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The control group the incidence of adverse reaction was 2.94%,8.82%in the observation group,the observation group the incidence of adverse reaction was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:in the clinical treatment of epilepsy,treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has obvious curative ef ect,the Zhi Xian San in treating ef ect is more obvious,more worthy of promotion in clinical.
