楚雄市2013年居民慢性病患病及控制情况调查分析

Chuxiong City 2013 Residents Chronic Diseases Prevalence and Control Status Investigation and Analysis

目的:调查分析楚雄市地区居民慢性病患病及控制情况,为科学防治提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层随机整群抽样的方法,抽取辖区15个乡镇和4个社区医疗卫生服务中心,38个自然村(居委会)2397名18岁及以上的常住居民。结果18岁及以上居民高血压患病率为20.53%,高血压知晓率为59.35%,高血压治疗率为77.40%,高血压控制率为9.39%。18岁及以上居民糖尿病患病率为4.13%,糖尿病知晓率为48.48%,糖尿病治疗率为78.72,血糖控制率为31.31。结论高血压、糖尿病患病率均随着年龄的增长而升高。高血压、糖尿病控制率均偏低。

Objective To investigate the analysis of chronic disease in residents of Chuxiong City area of prevalence and control,to provide the scientific basis forprevention and control.Methods by using a stratified random cluster sampling method,selected at random from 15 towns and 4 community health service centers,38 Vil age(neighborhood)of 2397 subjects aged 18 years and olderresidents.Results hypertension residents aged 18 years and above the prevalence rate was 20.53%,the awareness rate of hypertension was 59.35%,hypertension treatment rate was 77.40%,the control rate of hypertension was 9.39%.18 years of age and older residents diabetes prevalence was 4.13%,the awareness rate of diabetes was 48.48%,diabetes treatment rate was 78.72,blood sugar control rate was 31.31.The prevalence rate was increased with age.Conclusion hypertension,diabetes.Hypertension,diabetes control rate was low.
