舒适护理在门诊静脉输液患者中的疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of Comfort Care in the Outpatient Patients Intravenous Infusion

目的:观察分析舒适护理在门诊静脉输液患者中的疗效。方法选择我院门诊输液的300例患者为研究对象,采用双盲法随机分成观察组和对照组各150例,对照组采用门诊输液常规护理,实验组提供舒适护理干预。观察对比两组舒适度。结果观察组患者感觉非常舒适113例,舒适32例,不舒适5例,总舒适度为96.67%,对照组分别为79、38、33、78.00%,两组总舒适度比较差异具有显著性,P<0.05。结论在门诊静脉输液过程中采取舒适护理方法,能提高患者的舒适度,从而提高治疗效果,有积极的临床护理意义。

Objective:To observe the ef ect of comfort care in outpatient intravenous infusion patients.Methods:300 cases of outpatient infusion in our hospital patients as the research object,randomly divided into observation group and control group of 150 cases with double blind method,the control group using outpatient infusion routine nursing care,the experimental group provides the comfortable nursing intervention.Comparison of two groups of comfort.Results:Patients with a very comfortable feeling comfortable in 113 cases,32 cases,5 cases were not comfortable,total comfort degree is 96.67%,the control group were 79,38,33,78%,the dif erence in total comfort and compared between the two groups was significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:take comfort care in outpatient intravenous infusion process,improve patient comfort,thereby enhancing the therapeutic ef ect,clinical nursing significance.
