评判性思维在胃管置入中的应用

Applications of Critical Thinking in Gastric Tube Placed

目的:探讨评判性思维在胃管置入中的应用效果。方法将90例需要置入胃管的患者随机分为对照组和观察组各45例,对照组依据基础护理学第4版的操作方法进行留置胃管,观察组在常规护理操作基础上,根据患者个体情况运用评判性思维实施留置胃管,比较两组患者置管成功率。结果观察组患者置管成功率明显高于对照组,两组比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论运用评判性思维解决不同患者置入胃管过程中存在的问题,可提高置管的成功率,减少患者插管的痛苦。

Objective To investigate the ef ect of the application of critical thinking into the stomach.Method it wil require into the stomach of 90 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 45 patients in the control group indwel ing stomach tube according to basic nursing 4th edition of the operating method,observed in the usual care group operating basis,according to individual patient use critical thinking to implement indwel ing stomach tube,two groups were compared catheterization success rate.Results of the observation group were significantly higher success rate of catheter,the two groups,P<0.05,a statistical y significant dif erence.Conclusion The use of critical thinking to solve dif erent patient into the stomach problems in the process,can improve the success rate of catheter to reduce pain in patients with intubation.
