孕13周胎儿羊膜带综合征超声表现1例

13 Weeks Pregnant Fetal Amniotic Band Syndrome Sonographic Findings 1 Case

目的:分析羊膜带综合征的超声诊断。方法选择1例孕13w胎儿羊膜带综合征的超声表现进行回顾性分析。结果本例孕13w被检出,胎儿羊膜带粘附、缠绕四肢肢体,引起肢体畸形,进一步发展有可能引起肢体截断最终选择终止妊娠。结论超声检查具有直观、可靠性,早期筛查及时发现畸形对临床选择治疗方案有重要作用。

Objective:to analyze the ultrasonic diagnosis of amniotic band syndrome.Methods:the ultrasonographic manifestations of a pregnant 13 weeks fetal amniotic band syndrome were analyzed retrospectively.Results:the cases of 13 weeks of gestation fetal amniotic bands were detected,adhesion,wound caused by the four limbs,limb malformations,further development may cause limb truncation eventual y choose to terminate the pregnancy.Conclusion:ultrasonography is intuitive,reliable,timely find defects early screening for clinical therapy plays an important role.
