雷火灸配合中药内服治疗腰肌筋膜炎的疗效分析

The Efficacy Analysis Thunderbolt Moxibustion Coordinate Chinese Herbs Treatment Psoas Fasciitis

目的:分析雷火灸配合中药内服对腰肌筋膜炎的治疗效果。方法选择94例腰肌筋膜炎患者分成研究组48例和对照组46例。对照组按一般方式进行治疗;研究组采用雷火灸进行治疗,并根据症状给予中药内服。对比两组的治疗效果及治疗后的疼痛情况。结果研究组治疗的总有效率高于对照组;同时研究组的疼痛更轻。结论雷火灸配合中药内服是治疗腰肌筋膜炎的有效方法。

Objective To analyze thunder fire moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment ef ect of lumbar muscle fasci tis.Methods 94 cases of lumbar myofascitis were divided into study group 48 cases and control group with 46 cases.Pain treatment ef ects of two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results the total ef ective rate of treatment was higher than that of the control group;while the study group of pain.Conclusion the thunder fire moxibustion combined with an oral administration is ef ective for the treatment of lumbar muscle fasciitis.
