灭菌注射用水和生理盐水对口腔护理效果的观察研究

An Observational Study on the Effect of Sterilized Water for Injection and Physiological Saline to Oral Care

目的:观察两种口腔护理溶液对口腔护理效果的影响。方法将入住ICU的60例清醒患者随机分为试验组和对照组,两组各30例。试验组应用灭菌注射用水进行口腔护理,对照组应用生理盐水进行口腔护理。结果试验组患者口腔护理后舒适度评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者口腔护理后清洁度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论清醒患者可以选择灭菌注射用水进行口腔护理提高舒适度。

Objective:To observe the ef ect of two kinds of solution to oral care.Methods:60 conscious patients admit ed into our ICU were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group with 30 patients used sterilized water for injection for oral care,while 30 patients of control group were given physiological saline for oral care.Results:The oral comfort score of experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,the dif erence was statistical y significant(P<0.05);In the cleaness after oral care of the two groups,there was no statistical y significant dif erence(P>0.05).Conclusions:Sterilized water for injection can be used to conscious patients for oral care to improve comfort.
