摘要
探讨经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生的方法及护理体会。通过对在院77例经尿道前列腺电切术的术前护理术后膀胱持续冲洗抗炎及止血治疗做好基础护理预防并发症做好饮食及排便护理,以及术后的健康教育。77例经尿道前列腺电切术全部临床治愈出院,术后随访3~6个月,无排尿困难及无排血尿和尿流正常。
Explore the urethra prostate electricity cut operation and nursing experience for the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia.Through the in hospital,77 cases of transurethral prostate electricity cut method of preoperative nursing care of postoperative bladder flush the anti-inflammatory and hemostatic treatment foundation with meal and defecation nursing care to prevent complications,and postoperative health education.Al 77 cases of transurethral prostatic electric cut operation clinical been cured and discharged,no dysuria and hematuria and normal urine flow postoperative fol ow-up of 3 to 6 months.
