社区全科医生开展高血压综合防治的效果观察

Community General Practitioners Conduct Comprehensive Prevention and Control of Hypertension Effects Observed

目的:研究我社区的全科医师对高血压患者的防止措施,同时在临床疗效上进行一定的观察。方法在我社区主要选取了从2012年4月~2013年4月期间,总共治疗的186例高血压患者作为观察组,同时选择另外一批高血压患者作为对照组,数量同样为186例。在两组当中,观察组主要采用综合预防的措施进行相关治疗工作,对照组则不采用综合防治的措施,在一段时间以后对两组患者进行比较。结果观察组患者比较治疗前和治疗后的收缩压以及舒张压差异具有统计学意义,对照组并无统计学意义。另一方面,比较观察组和对照组患者的控制率,具有统计学意义。结论社区全科医生开展综合防治以后,高血压患者的症状明显减轻,同时整体效果较为显著,在临床治疗上可以推广和使用。

Objective:general practitioner research community for hypertension prevention measures,and make some observations on the curative ef ects.Methods:in our community mainly selected from 2012 April to 2013 April,186 patients with hypertension were treated as the observation group,while another group of hypertension patients as the control group,the same as the number of 186 cases.In the two groups,the observation group mainly adopts the comprehensive prevention measures for treatment,while the control group didn't adopt comprehensive prevention and control measures,after a period of time of two groups of patients were compared.Results:the patients in the treatment group were observed and compared before and after treatment of systolic pressure and diastolic pressure dif erence has statistics significance,the control group had no statistical significance.On the other hand,the observation group and control group of patients,with statistical significance.Conclusion:community general practitioners to carry out comprehensive prevention and treatment,patients with hypertension symptoms significantly reduced,at the same time,the overal ef ect is obvious,can be extended and used in clinical treatment.
