414名接毒作业人员HBsAg情况调查分析

414 Antivirus Workers HBsAg Situation Investigation

目的:了解接毒作业人员HBsAg的携带情况,分析接毒作业人员的健康状况。方法对414名接毒作业人员HBsAg携带情况进行检测,同时检测不接毒的健康体检人员为对照组435名,对结果进行统计学分析。结果接毒作业人员HBsAg阳性率低于对照组,差异无统计学意义,不同工龄段HBsAg阳性率比较,各工龄段间差异无统计学意义。结论一般性接毒对HBsAg的感染率影响不大。

Objective To understand the situation of workers carrying virus HBsAg virus,analysis of the health status of the workers.Methods 414 inoculation of HBsAg workers carrying were detected,and detection is not connected with the health physical examination personnel virus as control group 435,the results were statistical y analyzed.Results the positive rate of virus with HBsAg workers was lower than the control group,no significant dif erence,compared with the positive rate of HBsAg in dif erent age group,there was no significant dif erence between dif erent age group.Conclusion the general connection has lit le ef ect on HBsAg infection rate of virus.
