摘要 目的:掌握珠海市职业健康监护人群健康状况。方法收集整理2010~2012年珠海市职业健康监护人群健康体检资料,分析职业健康监护人群主要职业危害因素及禁忌证、疑似职业病检出情况。结果2010~2012年珠海市职业健康监护共计131955人,接触物理因素、化学因素、粉尘和其它职业危害因素人群分别为人56238(42.6%)、50521人(38.3%)、24179人(18.3%)、1017人(0.8%),物理因素为主要的职业危害因素。3年共检出职业禁忌症人员3892人,检出率2.9%(3892/131955),其中接触物理因素、化学因素、粉尘和其它职业危害因素的职业禁忌症检出率分别为5.0%(2791/56238)、2.1%(1041/50521)、0.2%(47/24179)、1.3%(13/1017)。3年共检出疑似职业病37人,检出率0.28‰,疑似化学中毒为主要疑似职业患者。结论2010~2012年珠海市职业健康监护人群健康状况总体良好,仍有部分人员职业健康状况不容乐观,应加强物理因素、肝毒物、粉尘等危害因素接触人员的职业健康监护监督指导和场所环境检测工作。 Objective To understand the health of in occupational groups in Zhuhai.Methods The occupational groups with occupational health surveil ance were selected as the study object in 2010-2012,and the main occupation hazards,occupational contraindications and suspected occupational diseases were analyzed statistical y.Results During 2010-2012,a total of 131955 people of occupational health surveil ance were examined.Of which the numbers for exposure to physical,chemical,dust and other occupational factors were 56238(42.6%),50521(38.3%),24179(18.3%),1017(0.8%),respectively.And physical occupational risk factor was the main occupation hazards.In three years 3892 cases of occupational contraindications were identified,the positive rate was 2.9%.Of which the positive rate of occupational contraindications for exposure to physical,chemical,dust and other occupational factors were 5.0%(2791/56238),2.1%(1041/50521),0.2%(47/24179),1.3%(13/1017),respectively.In three years 37 cases of suspected occupational diseases were identified,the positive rate was 0.28‰.The suspected occupational diseases for exposure to chemical was more than other suspected occupational diseases.Conclusion The main occupational hazard in Zhuhai were such factors as chemical,physical,dusts and other occupational hazard factors,and their occupational contraindications or suspected occupational diseases.The occupational health surveil ance for physical factor,suspected occupational toxic hepatopathy and suspected pneumoconiosis needs to be strengthened in Zhuhai.
