摘要
目的:应用持续质量改进(Continuous Quality Improvement, CQI)的管理模式增加随访率,提高医院服务质量,为患者提供持续、优化的医疗服务。方法成立管理小组,分析原因、拟定计划、制定目标、不断整改、加强管理。结果患者随访知晓率提升为100%。医患沟通次数增加到100%,减少了医患矛盾,宣教工作覆盖面为100%;3年随访率呈递增趋势且存在统计学意义。结论持续质量改进管理模式的应用使科室随访率明显提高,增加了患者及家属对疾病的认识及重视程度,在一定程度上提高了疾病的治疗效果,节省了不必要的医疗费用及消耗,对提升医院形象和建立和谐医患关系起了重要的作用。
Objective Increase the fol ow-up rate,the application of continuous quality improvement(CQI)management model was used to improve the quality of hospital services and provide patients with continuous and optimized medical services.Method Set up a management team to analyze the reasons,a plan,set ing goals,constantly rectification,strengthen management.Result The patients awareness of fol owed up upgraded to 100%.The percent of doctor-patient communication increased to 100%.The doctor-patient conflicts were reduced and the missionary work of the coverage was 100%.There was an increasing trend in 3-year fol ow-up rate which had statistical y significant.Conclusion The application of Continuous Quality Improvement management mode improved the hospital department fol ow-up rate significantly,increased the knowledge and awareness of the patients and their families on the disease.To a certain extent,it improved the disease therapeutic ef ection,saved unnecessary medical costs and consumption and played an important role in the enhancement of the hospital image and the establishment of a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.
