腹腔镜手术(LC)治疗胆囊结石的临床价值分析

目的:对应用腹腔镜手术方式对患有胆囊结石的患者实施治疗的临床效果进行研究。方法将我院收治的622例患有胆囊结石的患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组311例。采用开腹小切口胆囊切除手术方式对对照组患者实施治疗;采用腹腔镜手术方式对治疗组患者实施治疗。结果治疗组患者胆囊结石病情治疗效果明显优于对照组;手术治疗操作时间、术后排气功能恢复时间、术后住院接受恢复治疗时间明显短于对照组;手术过程中出血量明显低于对照组;术后胆结石病情再次复发人数明显少于对照组。结论应用腹腔镜手术方式对患有胆囊结石的患者实施治疗的临床效果非常明显。

Objective:For the application of laparoscopic operation for patients with gal bladder stone to study the clinical ef ect of treatment.Methods:Wil our hospital 622 cases of patients with gal bladder stones were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,an average of 311 cases in each group.Using smal incision open gal bladder excision operation method for the control group patients;Using laparoscopic surgery in the treatment group patients treatment.Result:The treatment group patients with gal bladder stone disease treatment ef ect is bet er than the control group;Surgery operation time,postoperative function recovery exhaust time,postoperative hospitalization recovery treatment time significantly shorter than the control group;Blood loss during surgery significantly lower than the control group;After gal-stone disease again recurrence was significantly less than the control group.Conclusion:The application of laparoscopic operation for the treatment of patients with gal bladder stone implement clinical ef ect is very obvious.
