护士的形象研究综述

Review of Nurse Image

随着我国卫生事业的不断发展与进步,人们对于护士的要求不仅仅是护理技术方面,也相对要求护士的形象。护士的形象从基本上来讲,是代表了一家医院的形象,如何提升护士的形象成为了众多医院发展需要解决的问题。本文就根据西方发达国家护士形象的管理与提升入手,来分析如何提升我国医院护士形象,改变传统风貌,提升护士价值。

With the continuous development of our country health enterprise and progress,people is not only to the requirement of the nurse care technology,also relatively request the image of nurses.The image of nurses from basical y,represents the image of a hospital,how to improve the image of nurses became many hospital development needs to solve the problem.In this paper,according to western developed countries and ascension of the management of nurse image,to analyze how to improve the image of the hospital nurses in our country and change the traditional style,promoting the value of the nurse.
