摘要人工全髋关节置换(total hip arthroplasty,THA)术后髋关节脱位是此手术最常见而严重的并发症之一,会带来住院时间延长、医疗费用增加、家庭负担增大等一系列问题。目前报道THA后首次脱位率为0.63%~6.5%,翻修后的脱位率可高达7.4%~11.4%[1~4]。随着THA技术的日趋成熟,术后脱位发生率已大大减少,但仍是影响疗效的常见早期并发症之一。本研究报道髋关节翻修术后脱位的诊治1例,并进行文献总结,以增加对本病的认识。
