儿科护生带教的难点与对策

摘要 目的:分析儿科护理临床带教中存在的难点问题,提出相应的对策,使护生在4w内熟悉儿科特殊的工作环境和性质。方法针对护生首次临床接触,先降低其心理负担,根据护生实际情况事先制定好计划并按照计划实施;强化带教老师的职业技能与责任心。结果通过降低其心理负担,护生都能全身心投入实习中,更加深入了解学习知识,积累相应实践技术,顺利完成实习大纲要求。结论每周制定实习计划,不但可以提高带教老师的专业知识和技术水平,还显著提高了临床带教效果。提高了儿科护理带教质量,达到教学互长目的,促进了师生综合素质的提高。 Objective:analysis of the dif iculties existing in clinical teaching in pediatrics nursing problems,put forward the corresponding countermeasure,familiar with pediatric nursing students in four weeks the special working environment and nature.Methods:according to the first clinical nursing students contact,to reduce the psychological burden,according to the actual situation of nursing students in advance to make a good plan and implement according to the plan;Strengthen the teaching of the teacher's professional skil and the sense of responsibility.Results:by reducing the psychological burden,nursing students can be put into practice,more in-depth understanding of learning knowledge,accumulate the corresponding practical technology,successful y completed internship program requirements.Conclusion:a week internship plan,not only can improve the level of teaching of the teacher's professional knowledge and technology,also significantly improved the clinical teaching ef ect.Improve the quality of the pediatric nursing teaching,achieve teaching each other long,promoting the improvement of the teachers and students comprehensive quality.
