Nursing Experience of Mammotome Minimally Invasive Surgery

目的:探讨麦默通真空微创旋切术用于乳腺肿块的微创治疗或活检的护理。方法对20例乳腺肿块患者实施健康教育、心理护理,专科护理、出院指导等护理措施。结果所有患者均顺利实施手术,切口愈合良好,无疤痕。结论通过对患者实施术前、通过术前、术中、术后的相关专科护理,增加了患者对自身疾病的认识度及手术的依从性,有效规避了乳腺疾病患者的危害度。

Objective:To investigate the Mammotome vacuum minimal y invasive operation for treatment of breast tumor minimal y invasive treatment or biopsy.Method:On health education,psychological nursing care of 20 patients with breast masses,nurse,nursing measures.Results:al patients were smoothly operation,the incision healed wel,no scar.Conclusion:the patients before operation,the nursing before operation,during operation,after operation,increase the compliance of patients on their disease awareness and operation,ef ectively avoids the harm degree of patients with breast diseases.
