摘要
目的:探讨异位妊娠破裂致失血性休克的急救与护理措施。方法对我院2010年1月~2013年1月收治的32位异位妊娠破裂致失血性休克患者的急救与护理措施进行回顾性分析与总结。结果32例患者均经手术治疗后痊愈出院。结论早期施行急救护理措施,早扩容,早手术是抢救异位妊娠破裂致失血性休克成功的关键。
Objective:To investigate the rupture emergency of hemorrhagic shock caused by ectopic pregnancy and nursing measures.Methods:the rupture caused by hemorrhagic shock patients first aid and nursing measures were retrospectively analyzed and summarized 32 ectopic to our hospital in 2010 January---2013 year in January from the pregnancy.Results:32 patients were treated by operation cured.Conclusion:early first aid nursing measures,early expansion,early operation is the treatment of ruptured ectopic pregnancy hemorrhagic shock caused by the key of success.
