IIEF-5联合夜间阴茎勃起检查评价负压吸引装置治疗ED的临床疗效

Application of IIEF-5 and Nocturnal Penile Tumescence Evaluation Methodologies for Vacuum Device in Erectile Dysfunction

摘要 目的:评价负压装置治疗不同程度男性勃起功能障碍患者的临床疗效。方法45例门诊ED患者接受负压吸引治疗15d,应用IIEF-5评分和NPT检查结果观察临床疗效。结果两种评价结果取得了一致性,均显示轻度和中度ED经负压吸引装置治疗后评分结果高于治疗前(P<0.05),重度ED患者经负压吸引装置治疗后评分结果与治疗前比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论负压吸引装置对轻中度ED患者有明显临床疗效,对重度ED患者无效。 Objective To evaluate the ef icacy of vacuum device for dif erent levels of male sexual dysfunctions.Methods 45 out-patients of primary diagnosis of erectile dysfunctions received the treatment of vacuum device for 15 days.IIEF-5 questionnaire and the information of nocturnal penile tumescence(NPT)were observed to assess the clinical ef icacy.Results After treatment in the mild and moderate groups,the scores of IIEF-5 and NPT counts showed a significant addition(P<0.05).After treatment in the severe group,the scores of IIEF-5and NPT counts showed a no significant dif erence(P>0.05).Conclusion Vacuum device is quite ef ective in treating mild and moderate ED,no ef ective in treating sereve ED.
