Comparison of Four Hysterectomy Methods Treating Non-prolapsed Uterus

目的:探讨经腹、阴式、腹腔镜辅助及腹腔镜下全子宫切除四种手术途径的临床效果。方法回顾性分析四种术式的各项术中术后情况。结果腹腔镜辅助(LAVH组)及腹腔镜下全子宫切除(LTH组)两组患者的平均手术时间及住院费用均高于其他两组、经腹全子宫切除(TAH)组的肛门恢复排气时间、术后住院天数、术中出血量均高于其它3个组。结论临床应根据不同情况选择不同的子宫切除术式以达到最佳治疗效果。

Objective To discuss the clinical ef ect of hysterectomy using TAH,TVH,LAVH and LTH.Methods:Retrospectively analyze intraoperative and postoperative situation of TAH,TVH and LAVH and LTH.Results:The average surgery time and the cost of hospitalization of LAVH and LTH were significantly higher than the other groups,the time of anus exhaust recovering,postoperative length of stay and intra-operative bleeding amount of TAH were significantly higher than the other groups.Conclusions:Depending on the clinical situation should choose dif erent hysterectomy in order to achieve the best therapeutic ef ect.
