西比灵联合托吡酯治疗Tourette综合征临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Sibelium Joint Topiramate Treatment Tourette Syndrome

目的:观察西比灵联合托吡酯治疗Tourette综合征的疗效。方法将Tourette综合征108例患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各54例。治疗组给予西比灵联合托吡酯治疗,观察组给予托吡酯治疗。治疗期间每2w定期门诊复诊或电话联系以了解病情及指导调整用药方案。结果治疗组2w内有效率为93.4%,对照组有效率为78.5%。有显著性差异。4~8w内有效率治疗组为96.7%,对照组为83.8%,两组有效率比较差异有显著性(χ2=0.061,P>0.05);治疗组托吡酯维持量为1mg/kg.d的有19例(35%),1.5mg/kg.d的有21例(38%),2mg/kg.d的有8例(15%),4mg/kg.d的有4例(7.4%);对照组托吡酯维持量为1mg/kg.d的有2例(3.7%),1.5mg/kg.d的有10例(18.5%),2mg/kg.d的有14例,(26%)4mg/kg.d的有22例(40.7%)。两组不良反应相比有显著差异。结论西比灵联合托吡酯治疗 Tourette综合征显效时间缩短明显,可以减少托吡酯的维持用量,从而减少不良反应的发生。

Objective To observe the ef iciency and the adverse reactions of Sibelium combined with Topiramate treated patients with Touret e syndrome.Method:108 patients with Touret e syndrome were divided into two groups randomly:54 patients in treatment group and 54 in control group.The treatment group was treated with Sibelium and Topiramate,the control group was treated with Topiramate.Re-examination or telephone contact was done every two weeks during the treatment to fol ow the patients condition and guide the therapy.Results:The ef iciency of treatment group and control group was 93.4%and 78.5%in two weeks,respectively,the result was statistical y significant.4~8 weeks,the ef iciency of the treatment group was 96.7%,83.8%in the control group,the dif erence between the ef iciency of groups was statistical y significant(χ2=0.061,P>0.05);The cases of treatment group and control group with 1mg/kg.d\1.5mg/kg.d\2mg/kg.d\4mg/kg.d was 19(35%)\21(38%)\8(15%)\4(7.4%)and 2(3.7%)\10(18.5%)\14(26%)\22(40.7%),respectively.The dif erence between the adverse reactions of two groups was statistical y significant.Conclusion:the combination of Sibelium and Topiramate could reduce the ef ective time in the treatment of Topiramate and reduce the maintenance dosage of Topiramate and the adverse reactions of Topiramate.
