摘要
目的:探讨系统理论在高血压患者健康教育中的应用及效果。方法将80例高血压患者随机分为研究组和对照组各40例.对照组接受一般卫生宣教,研究组接受运用系统理论进行的健康教育,患者于入院时和出院时采用健康知识的调查,了解患者对高血压知识掌握的程度,并进行干预效果的比较和分析。结果两组出院时对健康知识的掌握均较入院时有显著提高(P<0.01),但研究组较对照组提高更显著(P<0.01)。结论系统理论教育能显著提高患者健康教育效果,对巩固疗效有积极意义。
Objective We discuss the systems theory in patients with high blood pressure health education the application and ef ect.Methods 80 patients with hypertension patients were randomly divided into the team and the control 40 cases.The control group was accepted in general health training,the team accept systematic theory of health education,patients in hospital admission and the health survey of knowledge,understanding of hypertension patients learn degree,and the ef ect of intervention compared and analyzed.Results Two groups of the hospital to health knowledge which is the master has significantly improve hospital(P<0.01),but the team is improving the control group more significant(P<0.01).Conclusion System theory education can remarkably enhance the health education ef ect patients,to consolidate curative ef ect has positive significance.
