低位大肠癌合并急性肠梗阻术中灌洗一期吻合与二期吻合的疗效比较

Low Colorectal Cancer with Acute Intestinal Lavage Phase I Anastomosis and Phase II Anastomosis Efficacy Comparison

目的:探讨低位大肠癌合并急性肠梗阻行一期手术切除吻合术的可行性。方法回顾性分析我院2003年1月~2013年1月收治68例低位大肠癌合并急性肠梗阻的临床资料和治疗方法。结果低位大肠癌术中结肠灌洗后行一期手术切除吻合总住院时间短、总住院费用降低、术后并发症减少。结论低位大肠癌合并急性肠梗阻患者术中行结肠灌洗并一期切除吻合治疗较二期手术治疗具有住院时间短、总住院费用低、术后并发症少,生存率高等特点,因此术中结肠灌洗、一期切除吻合术是安全可行的。

Objective:To investigate the low colorectal cancer complicated with acute intestinal obstruction one stage resection and anastomosis operation feasibility.Methods:the clinical data and treatment methods of analysis of our hospital from 2003 January to 2013 January 68 cases of low large intestinal cancer complicated with acute intestinal obstruction.Results:low large intestinal cancer during operation of colonic lavage operation resection and anastomosis of the total short hospitalization time,hospitalization costs reduce,reduce postoperative complications.Conclusion:low colorectal cancer complicated with acute intestinal obstruction in patients with intraoperative colonic lavage and one-stage resection and anastomosis for treatment of a two stage operation treatment has a shorter hospital stay,hospitalization costs low,less postoperative complications,high survival rate,so the coloclysis in operation,one stage resection and anastomosis operation was feasible and safe.
