健康教育对基层儿童保健模式的影响分析

Analysis the Influence of Health Education on Primary Child Care Model

目的:探讨健康教育对基层儿童保健模式的影响。方法通过调研相关机构的数据资料,回顾性总结2010年起开始对儿童实施健康教育保健服务整体模式前后两年(2008年1月~2010年5月与2010年6月~2012年12月)的效果。结果2010年后2年,儿童贫血发病率5.8%,佝偻病发病率2.1%,营养不良发病率0.8%,肥胖发病率3.1%,行为问题儿童25.1%,统计结果明显优于2010年前两年(P<0.05)。结论健康教育模式对基层儿童保健具有积极的影响。

Objective To explore the ef ect of health education on primary child care model.Methods investigating related institutions data,retrospective in summarying the ef ect of the health education health services overal pat ern of two years before and after 2010(2008.1-2010.4and2010.5-2012.12).Results after 2010 years,children the incidence of anemia was 5.8%,incidence of rickets 2.1%,incidence of malnutrition was 1%,the incidence of obesity in children with behavior problems in 3.1%,25.1%,the statistical results is bet er than 2010 years ago(P<0.05).Conclusion health education has a positive ef ect on primary child care.
