摘要
目的:观察万爽力(盐酸曲美他嗪)治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法我所64例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组应用常规冠心病心绞痛治疗,观察组在此基础上应用万爽力治疗。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论万爽力治疗冠心病心绞痛有显著临床效果。
Objective:To observe the clinical ef icacy of Wan Shuang Li on coronary heart disease(CHD)angina pectoris.Methods 64 patients of angina pectoris from coronary heart disease(CHD)were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given conventional coronary disease angina pectoris treatment,the observation group was give Wan Shuang Li more.Results:The total ef iciency of the observation group was higher than of the control group.With significant dif erences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wan Shuang Li can play a signif cant clinical ef ect on the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,ef ective in ECG recovery of patients with adverse changes.
