临床支助中心在老年病科应用的成效

Effectiveness of Clinical Application Support Centre in Department of Geriatrics

本着'以患者为中心,把方便送给患者,解除家属的后顾之忧;把时间还给护士,使患者享受到一流的护理。'的宗旨,我院自2011年6月成立了支助中心,主要任务是陪送全院临床各科患者的检查和会诊,缓解临床医护人员的事务性工作压力,使临床护士有更多时间和精力为患者服务,大大提高了患者的满意度,减少了护理差错的发生。本文总结了支助中心成立以来给医院带来的成效:使患者满意、患者家属满意、医生满意、确保了护理安全;同时提出了临床护士与支助中心护士之间应详细交接班,确保患者运送过程安全。只有提高老年人的身心健康,才能提高老年人的生存能力和生活质量。

the spirit of'taking the patient as the center,convenient to the patient,remove any menace from the'rear'families;return time to the nurse,the patient to enjoy first-class nursing.'The purpose,the hospital established a support center since 2011 June,the main task is to escort the clinical patient examination and consultation,relieve the clinical medical personnel af airs work pressure,so that the clinical nurses have more time and energy to serve patients,improve patient satisfaction,reduce the occurrence of nursing errors.This paper summarizes the support center was founded to bring the results of the hospital:patient satisfaction,patient satisfaction,family satisfaction,doctors to ensure nursing safety;at the same time the nurse clinical nurses and support center should be detailed shift,ensure patient transport process safety.Only to improve the mental health of elderly people,in order to improve the survival and quality of life of the elderly.
