奥曲肽对肝硬化上消化道出血的临床价值观察

The Clinical Value of Observation of Octreotide on Cirrhosis Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的:探讨奥曲肽在肝硬化上消化道出血中的临床应用价值。方法选取2009年10月~2012年1月来我院接受肝硬化上消化道出血治疗的患者60例,其中30例患者采用常规治疗方法进行治疗,作为对照组,剩下的30例患者在常规治疗的基础上使用奥曲肽进行治疗,作为观察组,以两组患者的临床治疗效果作为观察指标,并使用SPSS 13.0软件包进行统计学分析。结果观察组患者的临床有效率为93.33%,对照组患者为66.67%,P<0.01,组间差异具有统计学意义。结论在常规治疗的基础上使用奥曲肽可以有效的提高肝硬化上消化道出血的临床治疗效果,对于肝硬化上消化道出血的治疗具有重要意义,具有临床推广应用价值。
