医学科技查新员焦虑现象分析及缓解对策

Medical Staff Novelty Anxiety Phenomenon Analysis and Mitigation Countermeasures

随着科技与信息的发展,医学科技查新工作的作用日益重要。但查新任务的繁重必然会使查新员产生一定的心理问题,焦虑现象尤为突出。本文认为焦虑现象的来源有心理焦虑、信息焦虑和职业焦虑,并分别提出了可行的缓解对策,以期为查新工作更好的开展提供相关依据。

With the development of science and technology and information,the role of Medical science and technology novelty retrieval is more and more important.The heavy task of novelty retrieval wil nevitably make the novelty search members have psychological problems,anxiety phenomenon is particularly prominent.This paper argues that there are three sources of the anxiety phenomenon such as psychological anxiety,information anxiety and vocational anxiety,and put forward the feasible relieved methods,in order to provide evidences to make novelty searching work bet er.
