Clinical Effects of Limited Incision Replacement Trecessive Intramedullary Nail to Treat Distal Femur Fracture

目的:探讨应用有限切开复位逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端骨折的疗效。方法采用有限切开复位逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端骨折25例。结果25例患者随访7~35个月,髓内钉固定理想,骨折对位对线良好,均获愈合。采用Schatxker膝关节功能评分标准,优22例,良3例。结论小切口复位逆行髓内钉固定是一种操作简单、固定可靠、创伤小、疗效理想的治疗股骨远端骨折的手术方法。

Objective To expl ore the ef ects of intramedul ary supracondylar interlocking nail(GSH)in the treatment of distal femoral fracture.Mehods 25 patients with distal femoral fracture were treated by GSH with limited open reduction.Results 25 cases were fol owed up for 7-35 months,Al got ideal reduction and fixation.Al fractures heald.Acconding to Schatzker scoring system,the results were execellent in 22 cases and good in 3.Conclusions GSH with limited open reduction has adventage of rigid and simple fixation,less truma and good fuction recovery which can be used as an ideal method ofr the theament of distal femoral fracture.
