摘要
目的:探讨舒适护理在鼻内镜手术患者中的应用。方法选取2012年6月~2013年5月在我院行鼻内镜手术的患者120例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组60例,对照组患者给予常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上实施舒适护理。结果实验组主观不舒适感觉和并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01),实验组患者满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论在鼻内镜手术患者中实施舒适护理,可以提高患者的舒适度,减少并发症的发生,并且明显提升患者的满意度。
Objective To investigate the application of comfort nursing in patients with nasal endoscopic operation.Methods:from 2012 June to 2013 May in our hospital endoscopic operation in 120 patients,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,60 cases in each group,the control group were given routine nursing care,the experimental group implement comfortable nursing on the basis of routine nursing.Results in the experimental group,subjective discomfort and complications incidence was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01),the satisfaction of patients was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:implement comfortable nursing in patients with nasal endoscopic operation,can improve the comfort of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the patients'satisfaction.
