60例断指再植术后血管危象的原因分析及护理

The Analysis of the Causes of 60 Cases of Vascular Crisis of the Wounded Finger and Nursing

目的:探讨断指再植术后血管危象的原因分析及护理方法,为今后临床护理提供参考和借鉴。方法本研究随机选取我院2011年7月~2013年7月行断指再植术患者60例,采用随机数字法将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组则在对照组基础之上给予预见性护理,对比分析两组的护理效果。结果观察组的血管危象发生率、再植指成活率分别为6.67%、96.67%明显优于对照组的26.67%、73.33%(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度为93.33%明显高于对照组的73.33%(χ2=14.1743,P=0.0002),差异均有统计学意义。结论针对患者断指再植术后血管危象的原因给予其预见性护理服务,能有效地降低血管危象发生率,提高再植指成活率,提高护理满意度,促进医患和谐,护理效果显著,值得在临床实践中广泛的应用和推广。

Objective to investigate the analysis of the causes of vascular crisis of the wounded finger and nursing method,providing a reference for future clinical care.Methods this study randomly selected from our hospital during July 2011 to July 2011,60 patients with line wounded finger by using random Numbers wil be divided into control group and observation group,control group given routine nursing care,observation group based in the control group given predictive nursing,comparison and analysis the nursing ef ect of the two groups.Results the incidences of vascular crisis to observe,the survival rate of replantation refers to respectively 6.67%,96.67%,obviously bet er than that of control group were 26.67%,73.33%(P<0.05);Nursing satisfaction 93.33%of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group 73.33%(chi-square=14.1743,P=0.0002),the dif erences were statistical y significant.Conclusion for patients with vascular crisis after replantation of finger reasons given the predictive nursing service,can ef ectively reduce the incidence of vascular crisis,enhance the survival rate of replantation refers to,improve nursing satisfaction,promote harmonious doctor-patient,nursing ef ect is remarkable,is widely used in clinical practice and promotion.
