探讨呼吸内科重症患者的心理护理

Investigate Psychological Care of Patients with Severe Respiratory Medicine

目的:观察心理护理对呼吸内科重症患者的效果并分析其可行性。方法选择2010年4月~2012年8月所在医院住院治疗的呼吸内科重症患者110例,随机地分为对照组和观察组,均针对呼吸系统疾病进行药物疗法,对照组采用常规的护理手段,观察组则在此基础上进行特色的心理护理方案,分别在入院的时候和出院2个月之后应用焦虑自评量表和明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量调查表进行检测。结果对照组和观察组两组重症患者焦虑情绪在护理后存在显著差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05);生活质量改善情况在护理后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理对降低呼吸内科重症患者焦虑情绪、促进患者了解呼吸道疾病相关知识、增强患者对抗疾病的信心和提高患者的生活质量均有十分显著的效果,值得在临床中进行相应的推广使用。

Objective:To investigate the psychological care for patients with severe respiratory medicine and to analyze the ef ect of its feasibility.Methods:110 patients with severe respiratory medicine under hospital treatment from April 2010to August 2012were randomly divided into control group and observation group,al receiving drug therapies for respiratory diseases,while control group uses conventional means of care,observation group conducts featured psychological care programs on the basis of the control group,respectively detectedwith the application of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and the questionnaire of Minnesota Heart Failure Quality of Life at the time of in the hospital and two months after discharge.Results:In control group and observation group,patients with severe anxiety exists a significant dif erence in the treatment,there was statistical y significant(P<0.05);improvement in quality of life after treatment dif erence was statistical y significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological care has a very significant ef ect on reducing anxiety in patients with severe respiratory medicine,promoting patient understanding of respiratory-related knowledge,and enhancing the confidence of the patient to fight disease and improving the quality of life of patients,it is worthy of the corresponding promotion in clinical use.
