摘要
目的:探讨运用'五常法'加强对手术间规范管理效果。方法运用'五常法'对手术室环境、工作流程进行管理,并定期进行检查评估。结果医护人员的工作环境得到改善,护理质量和物品完好率得到提高,从而提高了工作效率,提升了医院形象。结论'五常法'是手术室科学管理的有效方法,增强了手术室护士工作的责任心和计划性,实施易、见效快,值得推广。
Objective To explore the strengthening of operation between the standardized management ef ect in applying'5S'.Method:Using the method of'5S'management of operation room environment,work flow,and regularly checkassessment.Results to improve the medical staf working environment,intact rateand improve nursing quality goods,so as to improve work ef iciency,improve the image of the hospital.Conclusion'5S'is an ef ective method to enhance thescientific management of operation room,operation room nurses work responsibility and planning,the implementation of easy,quick,worthy of promotion.
