准东幼儿园216例体检儿童七种微量元素检测分析

摘要 目的:了解体检儿童全血微量元素(铜、锌、、钙、镁、铁、铅、镉)含量现状,为制定合理的膳食结构,纠正儿童不良的饮食习惯和行为,保障儿童的生长、发育健康提供参考。方法准东基地幼儿园216例3~6岁体检儿童(男性117例,女性99例,按年龄分成四组,3~岁组100名;4~岁组56名;5~岁组39名,6~岁组21名)采用北京博晖BH-5100型原子吸收光谱仪进行七种微量元素测定。采用SPSS18.0统计软件进行数据处理。结果不同性别儿童全血7种元素水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同年龄组锌、钙、镁、铁、铅元素水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同民族间儿童锌、钙、铁、铅水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),铜、镁、镉元素水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。锌、铁缺乏检出率随着年龄的增长而降低,铅中毒随年龄增加而升高。结论3~6岁儿童总体营养状况较好,但存在一些微量元素失衡情况,应引起足够重视;检测儿童微量元素含量对及时合理地补充微量元素有重要的指导意义。 Objective To investigate the status of the whole blood trace element:Ferrum(Fe),Zinc(Zn),calcium(Ca)magnesium(Mg),copper(Cu),Lead(Pb),chromium(Gd)concentration among children aged 3~6 years old in kindergarten of Zhundong so as to set le reasonable meal construction rectify the bad living and behavior habits proceed the artificial interfere guarantee the growth of child.Methods The whole blood trace element were measured by method MB5 of atomic absorption spectrometry in a population of 216 children aged 3~6 years old from clinic service.The result was analyzed by using SPSS18.0 software.Results There were significant dif erences in the levels of Ca,Zn,Fe and Pb in the dif erent age groups(P<0.05).The lack levels of Zn and Fe in the younger age group were higher than those of the old age group(P<0.05),the poisoning levels of Pb in the old age group were higher than those of the younger age group.And there were significant dif erences in the levels of Ca,Zn,Fe and Pb in the dif erent national(P<0.05).The levels of trace elements in the blood showed no significant dif erence between the boys and girls(P>0.05).Conclusion Nutritional status of children aged 3~6years old in kindergarten of Zhundong is wel,but some whole blood trace element imbalance.We should pay more at ention to it.
