氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床观察

Clinical Effect for Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets Treatment of Hypertension with Coronary Heart Disease

目的:研究氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床效果。方法选择2011年6月~2013年5月我院收治的102例高血压合并冠心病患者为研究对象,随机均分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予硝苯地平缓释片治疗,观察组给予氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,比较两组治疗效果及血压、心率变化。结果观察组显效率(41.18%)、有效率(92.17%)明显高于对照组;收缩压、舒张压、心率(131.5±5.45、3.5±4.53、74.95±6.68)明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗血压合并冠心病,能有效改善血压及心率状况,提高治疗效果。

Objective To study the clinical ef ect Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in the treatment of hypertension with coronary heart disease.Methods 102 cases patients with hypertension with coronary heart disease were divided into observation group and control group,control group were given Nifedipine Sustained-release Tablets,observation group were given amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablet,treatment ef ect and blood pressure,heart rate changes between two groups were compared.Result observation group ef iciency(41.18%),ef icient(92.17%)were significantly higher than control group;Systolic pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate 131.5±5.45、3.5±4.53、74.95±6.68)were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets for hypertension with coronary heart disease can ef ectively improve blood pressure and heart rate,improve therapy ef ect.
