19040 Cases of Preschool Children Vision Screening Results Analysis in Chengdu City Chenghua District

目的:了解成都市成华区所属幼儿园2.5~6岁儿童屈光现状,尽早发现屈光异常儿童,积极治疗,早期干预特别是弱视的矫治,可使儿童的视觉异常在敏感期得到纠正,降低学龄前儿童视力低常发生率。方法应用美国伟伦公司生产的Suresight手持式视力筛查仪,随机抽取成都市成华区所属幼儿园19040例学龄前儿童进行视力筛查。对视力筛查结果异常的儿童进行常规眼部检查并散瞳验光,明确诊断,并统计分析筛查结果。结果在接受视力筛查的19040例儿童中,共检出屈光异常儿童1307例,占总筛查例数的6.86%。其中散光有565例(50.45%),远视380例(33.93%),近视53例(4.73%),弱视36例(3.21%)。结论通过视力筛查仪检查,对幼儿园学龄前儿童中屈光异常者进一步检查、确诊,特别是弱视儿童,根据临床类型,早期矫治,可以防止视力的进一步下降和单眼盲,对集体儿童眼保健工作具有重要的指导意义。

Objective To understand the children's refractive myopia status by screening 2.5-6 years children in nurseries of Chenghua district in Chengdu,and finding out the abnormal vision children in early stage.Carry out early interference actions to them especial y to Amblyopia cases,and correct the vision abnormal during the sensitive period for child.ef ectively reducing the occurrence of low vision of preschool children.Method Utilizing a handhold-instrument cal ed'Suresight'(produced by Whalen,a company in the USA)to do vision screening for 19040 preschool children and analyzing the statistic results.To ensure the diagnosis for the abnormal cases,Adopting the regular eye check and mydriasis optometry further.Results In total 19040 preschool children being screened,we found 1307 cases of the refractive myopia,the rate is 6.86%,Including 565 cases of Astigmatism(50.45%),380cases of Hyperopia(33.93%),53 cases of Myopia(4.73%)and 36cases of Amblyopia(3.21%).Conclusion The status of refractive myopia of children group has been defined,the diagnosis for the abnormal cases have been defined in early stage.Especial y for the amblyopia,the early correct and treatment according to its clinical type is an ef ective method of preventing the child's sight decreasing futher and monocular blind occurrence.It has an instruction for Eye-care work of the children group.
